partner to operate our Canadian
division and network. |

A.S.
Radin &
Associates

To date,
we have
trained
more
than 800
business
brokers
worldwide.
In 2011
we
evolved
from a
provider
of
independent
training
for
brokers
into an
association
of
business
brokers
with
ongoing
monetary
and
systematic
agreements
with us.
In doing
so, we
have
both
territory
owners
and
broker
agents
working
with and
for us.
The
concept
has
worked
and the
prospects
are
endless
so NOW
it's
time we
moved
into the
Canadian
market. |

In order to properly service the
Canadian market we need one highly skilled person
experienced in sales management to partner with us and own
exclusive rights to the Canadian market. This person will
follow our blue print that made us the success we are in the
states while providing the little nuances required when
dealing in the Canadian market. |

I.
WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE - applying
the plan that is working in the USA |
|
You would own exclusive rights
to all of Canada and be responsible for recruiting territory
owners and agents to work under the legal entity that you
would set up and identified as the Canadian Division of A.S.
Radin & Associates. We would train you on the entire plan to
achieve maximum results and your responsibilities would
include...
- You would market and
recruit all new territory owners and agents
- You would secure all new
territory owners and agents
- You would arrange for
training for all new territory owners (we will train
them)
- You will provide the
online access to the agent's training and support site
(we set up for you)
- You will provide support
tools for the brokers to reach out to us as we will
support them
Basically you
would provide the same services as our
Territory Owner
Program and our
Broker Agent Program |

II.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - how will you benefit from
this partnership |
As the Canadian
Territory Owner you will retain all of the
commission splits less 10% of your total
revenue split off to us per month for
support. So let's say conservatively you
generate $50,000 in revenue from your
territory owners and agents per month - you
retain $45,000 and split off $5,000 to us
applied to helping support your territory
owners and agents.
- Territory Owners split
10% back to you on every business sold and they sell 5-7
businesses per year
- The average commission
on the sale of a business is $37,000 at 10% is $3,700 to
you per sale
- The average Territory
Owner should sell 5 businesses resulting in $18,500 per
owner per year to you
- In Canada having 10 good
Territory Owners is the goal so 10 x $18,500 = $185,000
to you
- Business Broker Agents
have a 50/50 commission split with you and sell 3-5
businesses per year
- The average commission
on the sale of a business is $37,000 at 50% is $18,500
to you per sale
- The average Broker Agent
should sell 3 businesses resulting in $55,500 per agent
per year to you
- In Canada having 10 good
Broker Agents is the goal so 10 x $55,500 = $555,000 to
you
Income Estimates from above total $740,000
in gross revenue...

marketing and operational expenses

10% paid to us for support of $74,000
Total Net Revenue to you - $566,000
NOTE -
the reason you will have Territory Owners
selling more businesses than agents is
because agents are not as motivated working
part time and are easily swayed to different
projects and some will eventually become
Territory Owners |

III.
WHAT WILL THIS COST AND WHAT DO YOU DO FOR IT -
how we get involved with you |
Aside from the
initial purchase for exclusive rights to all
of Canada, we also get the 10% split from
your monthly gross revenue. That is all you
are required to pay us. We also charge a
training fee to train each of your Territory
Owners or Agents - complete breakdown...
- Purchase price for
exclusive rights to Canada - $15,000 per year
- Monthly gross revenue of
10% of your monthly gross revenue for support issues
- $3,000 to train
Territory Owners - done in Hamilton, Toronto or Montreal
(can be arranged in Chicago or Seattle USA as well)
- $500 for online training
access for agents that you will refund upon their first
sale
- As part of the exclusive
rights fee to Canada we will spend 3-4 days training you
- As part of the exclusive
rights fee to Canada we will build you a national site
like ours at

- As part of the Territory
Owner $3,000 training fee we will build them their own
site like at
www.firstalliancebg.com
NOTE -
The Territory Owner and Broker Agents pay
the training fee - not you - and you are
encouraged to mark up the training fees for
your troubles - our fees remain as is
throughout the agreement period.
